Jolene joined Shimmer Telecom during its infancy in January 2004 as a Customer Service Executive. Already having 12 years Customer Service Experience Jolene’s great aptitude and dedication saw her role quickly develop into the role of Customer Service and Billing Manager, heading the deployment of the company’s in-house billing and CRM systems. Jolene is now responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and has built up and maintained a highly successful and dedicated Service & Support Team who continues to build upon the early successes of the business.
Gemma Harris joined Shimmer Telecom in 2007 and is a highly successful member of the team. As a Customer Service Executive, Gemma maintains this role to an exceptionally high level and her knowledge and experience have seen her develop her role into a dedicated Account Manager for a number of large accounts, as well as effectively managing the company’s monthly bill run and the responsibilities this position holds.
Janelle Holmes, a member of our highly successful Customer Service Team since 2010, provides excellent Customer Service & Support. With a high degree of product knowledge, Janelle has built an excellent array of relations with partners and end users alike. Janelle’s responsibilities extend to the fulfilment of our partner monthly commission run and Sage Accounting.
Mark Thomas joined Shimmer Telecom in 2012. Initially employed to recruit Channel Partners to our already successful portfolio, his success in retaining the partnership of those new and old has led Mark to his current role as a proficient Customer Service Executive. In addition to the latter, Mark successfully manages Shimmer Telecom’s credit control policy.
Kerri-Anne Walker joined Shimmer Telecom in 2013 as a Customer Service Executive. Kerri-Anne offers exceptional first line support to partners and customers through her naturally thoughtful and thorough approach. Kerri-Anne’s has additional administrative and provisioning responsibilities which ensure timely and effective order handling.
